Quick Start
1
State the problem. Click the head box on the right and type the effect you are analysing, such as "High scrap rate on line 3".
2
Pick the categories. Choose 6M, 8P or 4S under Categories to name an empty chart, or click a pill to rename a bone.
3
Add causes. Click a dashed "Add cause" slot on any bone; hover a cause and click + for a sub-cause, or × to remove it.
4
Type it out. In the Outline panel: the problem first, then one category per line, causes indented under it and sub-causes indented again.
5
Make it yours. + Category adds a bone (up to 8). Click a pill's edge to recolour that bone.
6
Share or export. Copy link shares an editable chart; Export PNG gives a slide-ready image at 2x.
