Quick Start

Click to assign. Click a cell to step it blank → R → A → C → I → blank. Switch Model to RASCI to add S for Support.

Or just type. Select a cell and type R, A, C, I or S; arrows and Tab move, Delete clears, and / turns an R or A into A/R.

Paste from Excel. Copy a grid with roles in the header row and task names in column A, click the chart and paste.

Add rows and roles. Use + Task, + Section and + Role above the chart. Click any role or task name to rename it; hover a role for × to remove its column.

Mind the rules. Every task needs exactly one A and at least one R; rows that break a rule get an amber note. Turn Checks off to hide them.

Type it out. In the Outline panel: "Roles: PM | Dev | Design" first, then "Task | R, A, C" per line. Indent tasks under a line to make it a phase.

Questions

What do R, A, C and I mean?

Responsible does the work, Accountable owns it and signs off, Consulted gives input, Informed is kept up to date.

Does it check the RACI rules?

Yes. Tasks without exactly one A or without an R get an amber note, which you can turn off.

Can I paste from Excel?

Yes. Copy a grid with roles in the header row and tasks in column A, click the chart and paste.

How big can it be?

Up to 10 roles and 30 rows, counting phase headings.
