Drag to schedule. Drag a bar to move it and drag its right edge to resize; it snaps to quarter columns.

Make a milestone. Shrink a bar all the way down and it turns into a diamond.

Reorder rows. Drag ⠿ at the left of a row to move it up or down.

Use the Outline. Type one task per line; indent tasks under a line to make it a section.
